RCG-I Events: Hallows Gathering

October 17-19, 2024

Celebrate the Magic of Hallows!

She calls for us to assemble. She calls her daughters home. When the veil between the worlds is thinnest, as we walk the labyrinth, She reaches out to us to share Her wisdom and keep Her promises. For generations women have gathered at Hallows for celebrations, renewal and community. We invite you to join other women from around the world for a weekend of stimulating discussion, workshops, self-discovery and sacred celebration. We will bring alive our past, honor our present, and create our future.

Come join us and enjoy workshops, art making, ritual, market, walking the labyrinth and more!

Meals and Food: Vegetarian meals will be served on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no dinner served on Friday. A barbecue fundraiser with meat options offered during the Saturday noon meal.

Location and Transportation: The Gathering will be held in Wisconsin Dells, WI, approximately 1 hour north of Madison. A map and further information will be mailed when your registration is confirmed. Transportation to the Gathering is the responsibility of each participant.

Lodging: The Gathering is being held at a camp which includes a lodge and communal cabins. The cabins have beds with mattresses, indoor plumbing (including hot showers) and are heated. You will be sharing a large room with other women.
If you prefer a private place rather than busy dorm life, there are many motels and a bed and breakfast in close proximity to the Camp. If you would like information on these please contact us at RCG-I. There will be no reduction in fees for those staying off site.

Date and Time: Cabin check-in will begin at 5:00 pm on Friday. Opening ritual begins at 7:30 pm. Activities end at 2:00 pm on Sunday, with cabin clean up until 3:00 pm. All participants must leave camp by 3:00 pm on Sunday.

Women’s Market: Artists and Craftswomen will offer their products/services for sale. If you would like to participate as a vendor, please contact the market coordinator.
