RCG-I Events: Gathering of Priestesses and Goddess Women

Gather with other Goddess women to celebrate by creating ritual, singing, drumming and sharing. Join women from around the world for a weekend of stimulating discussion, workshops, self-discovery and sacred celebration. Help manifest the magic and witness the continuing affirmation of Priestesses of the Goddess. Some years witness your sisters being ordained.
Classes, discussions and activities will be held on divination, drumming, goddesses, magic, community, crafts and other topics of interest.
Meals and Food: Vegetarian meals will be served. There will be a barbeque fundraiser offered during the Saturday noon meal. There will be no dinner served on Friday.
Location and Transportation: The Gathering will be held at a private camp on 400 beautiful wooded acres in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The site is approximately a 1 hour drive north of Madison. A map and further information will be mailed when your registration is confirmed. Transportation to the Gathering is the responsibility of each participant.
Lodging: The completely accessible camp includes a lodge and communal cabins. The heated cabins have beds with mattresses, indoor plumbing and hot showers. You will be sharing a room with other women.
If you prefer a private place to busy dorm life there are many motels and a bed and breakfast in close proximity to the Camp. Information about local hotels will be included with your confirmation materials. There will be no reduction in fees for those staying off site.
Date and Time: Cabin check-in will begin at 5:00 pm on Friday. Opening ritual begins at 7:30 pm. Activities end at 3:00 pm on Sunday. All participants must leave camp by 3:00 pm on Sunday.

Women's Market: Artists and Craftswomen will offer their products/services for sale. Please contact us, if you would like to participate as a merchant.
Breastfeeding mothers with infants at 9 months of age or under are welcome. For information concerning this option contact RCGI and ask for Laura.
Registration fee is $210-$230 depending upon how early you register. See chart below. You must register in advance. There will be no on-site registration.

By completing registration for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following Health & Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk. Submission of my online registration constitutes my electronic signature to the following Health & Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk. If I fail or refuse to agree, I will be refused admittance and will not receive any refund.
Health & Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and benefit by my participation in activities of the Re-formed Congregation of the Goddess – International (“RCG-I”), including the May 2023 Priestess Gathering (“the Gathering”), and I am voluntarily attending the Gathering.
By submitting my registration or attending the Gathering, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and its variants (collectively referred to here as “COVID-19”), and that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during or after the Gathering may result from the actions or inactions of others who may attend the meeting or their families, colleagues, or anyone else with whom they may have contact.
By attending the Gathering, I (and anyone registered with me) voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and I (WE) HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE RE-FORMED CONGREGATION OF THE GODDESS – INTERNATIONAL and/or EASTERSEALS WISCONSIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHETHER DUE TO COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE GATHERING.
In addition to complying with all other RCG-I policies regarding the Gathering, I agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented during the event including the following:
I will not attend the Gathering if I have symptoms of flu or COVID-19 within 5 days prior to my planned arrival, even if I have tested negative for COVID-19 within that period.
I will take a rapid COVID-19 test within 24 hours prior to my arrival at the Gathering. If my test is positive, I will not attend. I will notify the Consistery Executive at reformedcongregationconsistery@gmail.com within 30 days if I want my payment to be credited to a future Gathering. I acknowledge there will be no refund.
I will take whatever health-related precautions I deem necessary for myself in my own judgment and will not seek to impose any restrictions on other attendees in addition to those imposed by RCG-I.
I acknowledge that RCG-I and/or Easter Seals may remove me from the Gathering, without any compensation or refund to me, if I fail to cooperate in any way.
